Personal development

This is a modular based course that looks at different areas of personal development, it includes areas such as assertiveness, self-esteem, aspirations, goal setting and understanding how thoughts and feelings impact our behaviour and how we feel.

Areas covered: This is a very flexible course, that can cover any number of topics, depending on lenght. Topics include:

  • Understanding the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviours
  • The power of thought
  • Motivation and goal setting
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Managing stress
  • Identifying barriers to achievement
  • Building on aspirations
  • Communication skills
  • Assertiveness skills

(This is to give you an idea, however all courses can be tailored to your specific needs)

Additional Notes: This course can be delivered as a series of one hour sessions or as half or whole day sessions.
