Communication Skills

The course can cover all, or an identified range of communication skills, written, verbal, listening, non-verbal. It can be geared to meetings, teams, service users, managing staff, dealing with the public etc.

Duration: One day (or a series of half days)

  • Non-verbal communication – getting it right
  • Importance of listening
  • Communicating in different settings
