Confidence building skills

The course looks at confidence and self-esteem, it provides an understanding of how our confidence can be linked to self-talk. Participants will be taught techniques to improve confidence and have the opportunity to practice and develop skills.

Duration: One or half day

  • What is confidence
  • Comfort zones
  • Taking risks
  • Increasing confidence
  • The impact of self-talk, making it positive
  • Goal setting

(This is to give you an idea, however all courses can be tailored to your specific needs)

Additional Notes: This course is ideal for service users for whom increasing self-confidence has been identified as a need.
