With an aim to empower service users to develop assertiveness and increase confidence. Provides techniques and the opportunity to practice and develop skills.

Duration: half or one day

  • Looks at the differences between aggressive, passive and assertive behaviours
  • Impact of different behaviours
  • Toolkits for developing assertive behavior
